Tedi H. Marshall began her service to the Lord as an usher at New Life Celebration Church of God, Dolton, IL; the Lord then making room for her gift in the role of Lay Minister, specializing in Pastoral Care, and in the Intercessory Prayer Ministry. She advanced to Chaplain for the lay ministers and ministers; supporting through prayer, encouragement and organizing, and conducting special services; and eventually becoming Chaplain to the Pastors. She is currently a Pastoral Care and Altar Minister at Living Word Christian Center, Forest Park, IL.
Pastor Tedi graduated from The School of Ministry in Forest Park, IL and is also a graduate of New Life Institute in Dolton, IL where she studied as a minister. She has taught at New Life Institute and teaches at Living Word Bible Training Center; and assisted in research for the development of cell group ministry at Living Word Christian Center. She has served on the ministerial staff at New Life Celebration Church of God and was licensed within the Church of God denomination in the rank of Exhorter.
Some of her ministry assignments have included preaching/teaching the Word of God at Living Word Christian Center, New Life Celebration Church of God, and City of Hope Church of God in Chicago, IL, and various other church services; teaching classes and various Bible studies, conferences, and workshops; assisting in the planting of a new church in roles of usher, treasury, minister, and in the Intercessory Prayer and Women’s Ministries.
Pastor Tedi, an Ordained Minister, is Founder and Pastor of WORD Fellowship Ministries, equipping others to lead and assist with establishing and facilitating small group Bible studies and intercessory prayer sessions; and outreach assignments in partnership with other ministries. She issues weekly online newsletters featuring devotion messages and testimonies submitted of God’s handiwork, and a blog of prophetic messages; conducts spiritual guidance sessions based on the Bible; makes pastoral care calls and visits as the Lord leads; all to glorify God in word and deed.
Having worked in the Accounting field most of her adult life, the Holy Spirit called her into a new career as business owner of My Prayer, Inc. Pastor Tedi has dedicated her life as a minister, artist and published author to sharing the love of God wherever He sends her.
Her charge is to preach, teach, prophesy, exhort, counsel, and war in the heavenlies through prayer, praise, and worship; and edify others to walk in the liberty and benefits provided by Jesus Christ.
She has received several awards, certificates and recognition in non-secular and secular arenas alike.
